Introduction

These Rules and Regulations are designed to maintain academic excellence, professional conduct, and campus discipline at Durga Pharmacy College, Barabanki. All students are expected to comply fully. Attendance

Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in both theory and practical classes.
Students with insufficient attendance may be barred from examinations.
Attendance will be monitored regularly, and any absenteeism must be supported by valid documentation.

Academic Integrity

Cheating, plagiarism, or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited.
Students must follow the instructions of faculty members during examinations and practical sessions.
Violations will lead to disciplinary action, including cancellation of exam results.

Conduct and Discipline

Students must maintain professional and respectful behavior on campus.
Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
Use of mobile phones in classrooms, laboratories, and during exams is strictly prohibited.
Lab coats or prescribed uniforms must be worn during laboratory sessions and professional activities.

Anti-Ragging Policy

Durga Pharmacy College adheres strictly to UGC/PCI/AICTE anti-ragging regulations.
Any form of ragging will result in immediate disciplinary action, including expulsion and reporting to authorities.

Professional Conduct

Students are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism in all academic, clinical, and field activities.
Ethical standards must be followed in interactions with patients, faculty, and peers.
Confidentiality of patient information must be strictly maintained.

Examination and Assessment

Students must comply with examination schedules and rules.
Any misconduct during exams will result in cancellation of the exam and further disciplinary action.
Grievances related to evaluation must be submitted in writing to the Principal within the prescribed time.

Compliance with PCI Regulations

The college operates under the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) guidelines.
Students must adhere to all rules set by the PCI regarding curriculum, practicals, and examinations.
